Carry your Palm Buddy with you by attaching it with the included keyring and clasp.
Find a quiet, safe place if you are able to, or sit where ever you are comfortable.
Close your eyes if you can, relax your shoulders and prepare to just let go of the tangle of thoughts in your mind.
Hold your Palm Buddy tight, give it squeeze as if giving yourself a hug.
Using each little stone as a breath counter, inhale long and slow through your nose... pause and then exhale slowly through your mouth.
Move onto the next little stone and repeat.
If you choose a LAVA rock... you can add your favourite essential oil to the stones and carry that with you.
