I am busy sourcing the last item, so far it has a bracelet of your choice, some FAB body lotion and shower gel... a little 4 heart dangle pack.  You hang the pretty hearts or mandalas where you can see them.  They will hopefully remind you to pause... and take breath... and i am thinking about some gorgeous soy wax melts.
